How I Work

Therapy works when two things start happening: you feel safe enough to tell the truth about your life—and you're willing to try something different. My job is to help create the conditions for both.

Whether I’m working with an individual or a couple, we establish a space where honesty can deepen. A space where you can show up uncertain, messy, or stuck—and still feel supported as we begin making sense of what’s getting in the way.

With individuals, that may mean identifying old patterns, challenging inherited stories, or learning to trust yourself more fully.

With couples, it often means slowing things down in real time — helping each partner feel more seen, better understood, and better able to repair and stay connected under stress.

My foundation is in depth psychotherapy: looking beneath your problems to see what’s really driving them. I integrate this with:

  • Parts Work / IFS — helping different sides of you speak, soften, and work together

  • Dreams & Symbolic Work — listening for what the deeper psyche may be trying to communicate

  • Somatic Awareness — noticing what your body knows before your mind catches up

  • Attachment & Relationships — understanding how you bond, protect, pursue, withdraw, and reconnect

This work can be deep. Sometimes uncomfortable. Sometimes unexpectedly joyful. But over time, what once felt stuck begins to move. People trust themselves more, relate more honestly, and start feeling more at home in their own lives.
